The challenge of the petitioner in this writ petition is to an order dated 21.10.2022, whereby his candidature for the post of Junior Court Attendant [“JCA”] in the establishment of the Supreme Court of India has been cancelled. The petitioner also seeks a direction upon the respondent to appoint him to the said post.
