This appeal is directed against the order dated 16 April 2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), Central Tis Hazari1, adjudicating an application filed by the appellant under Section 36 (3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 19962. The appellant is directed to deposit 50% of the award amount. 2. After arguing for some time, Mr. Manu Sishodia, learned Counsel for the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal reserving his right to pray all contentions in substantive Section 34 proceedings pending before the learned Commercial Court. 3.
