The prayers in the present Petition read as follows: “[a] to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to issue directions to the Respondent No.02 to place the application dated 07.02.2025 (Annexure P1) before the Central Board of Trustees, EPFO, Delhi (herein respondent no.01) to consider the application for seeking waiver of the damages as per paragraph 32-B of the Scheme,1952 in the interest of justice as enumerated as above; [b] to grant interim order against the impugned order dated 03.06.2024 (Annexure P4) so that the respondent no.02 and/or their subordinate recovery officer(s) and /or inspecting authority may not issue any recovery action against the Petitioner and their company's officer(s); and therefore , status-quo may kindly be maintained till disposal o
