This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No. 480/2013, dated 20.10.2013, registered at P.S Aman Vihar, Delhi under sections 308/506/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating CRL.
