It is noticed that in the present petition, the learned State Commission has also been impleaded as respondent No.1. 2. There is no requirement of impleading the Commission as one of the respondents herein and, therefore, the name of respondent No.1 is directed to be deleted from the array of the parties. Let amended memo of parties be filed during the course of the day. 3. The Petitioner-Ms. Murti Devi filed a complaint way back in the year 2013 seeking compensation for suffering agony on account of unwarranted rejection of her claim. 4. The claim was filed consequent upon the death of her husband. 5. The complaint was, eventually, allowed in her favour in the year 2021. 6. Such order has already attained finality. 7.
