JUSTICE MANOJ KUMAR OHRI JUDGMENT (ORAL) 1. The present proceedings have been instituted by the petitioners, MDD Medical Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., and LSR Medical Pvt. Ltd., being aggrieved with the letters dated 30.07.2019 and 03.08.2019 (hereafter, „the impugned letters‟) respectively, vide which the Respondent No. 1 has revived the arbitration proceedings between the Petitioners (Non-Claimants) and the Respondent No. 3 (Claimant) and had directed the Petitioners to file Reply/Counter Claim to the Statement of Claim (hereinafter
