In furtherance of last order of the predecessor bench, it is stated by learned counsel for complainant de facto at the outset that the accused/applicant has not paid a single penny after December 2024 despite previous repeated opportunities granted by predecessor benches and even despite the settlement recorded before the mediation centre.
