He suffered from tongue cancer, for which was had undertaken a surgical procedure. The only prayer in this writ petition is that the petitioner be examined by a Medical Board so that his medical fitness category be ascertained. 2. Given the innocuous nature of the relief claimed, we do not deem it necessary to issue notice in the matter. 3.
