He suffered from tongue cancer, for which was had undertaken a surgical procedure. The only prayer in this writ petition is that the petitioner be examined by a Medical Board so that his medical fitness category be ascertained. 2. Given the innocuous nature of the relief claimed, we do not deem it necessary to issue notice in the matter. 3. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to convene a Medical Board and examine the 4. Let the needful be done within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
