The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the order dated 22.12.2017 [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”] passed by the Authority under the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, 1954 [hereinafter referred to as “Act”]. By the Impugned Order, the Petit
