The petitioner/Durga Prasad Yadav, was appointed as a Sub- Inspector in the Central Industrial Security Force1 on 24.12.2002 and, upon successful completion of training, was confirmed in service. In August 2011, he was promoted to the rank of Inspector/Executive and was posted at the CISF Unit, IGI Airport, New Delhi, at the material time. 2.
