However, there is no contest to the reliefs which are sought by the appellant as is evident from the impugned order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the learned District Judge-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2. Shorn of unnecessary details, it is submitted that Smt. Shakuntla Devi, who was the mother-in-law of the present appellant, was the absolute owner of the property bearing No. 89, Jagriti Enclave, Delhi- 110092 measuring 183.40 sq. meters, which she had purchased from Sh.
