Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ashutosh Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent no. 4, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 3. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 21.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, P.S. - Shadiabad, District- Ghazipur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 4. After substantial arguments, it has been informed by learned cousnel for the petitioner that during medical treatment victim had died and later on Section 105 BNS has been added.
