The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the First Information Report dated 4.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0081 of 2025, under Sections 333, 351(3), 352, 75(2) of BNS, P.S. Balua, District- Chandauli. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged offence is below seven years and parties have settled their dispute outside the Court.
