Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioner today which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 3. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 4.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0115 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. - Khaga, District- Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 4. After substantial arguments, once the Court has declined to accord interim relief in favour of the petitioners as well as to quash the impugned F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly conceded the fact that he does not want to press the instant petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
