The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 19.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.80 of 2025 under Sections 87 and 61 (2) BNS, P.S. Husainganj, Distt. Fatehpur. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the first petitioner as well as fifth petitioner (victim) are adults who have solemnized their marriage of their own volition and are presently living together as husband and wife in harmony.
