This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 12.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.249 of 2025, under Sections 112, 318 (4) B.N.S., Section 3/4 of Public Gambling Act, 1867 and Section 3/25/30 of Arms Act, 1956, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3. Learned State Law Officer states that during the investigation, Sections 336 (4), 338 and 340 (2) of B.N.S., 2023 were already added. It is also informed that the writ petition filed by the other co-accused is also dismissed by this Court. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press the appropriate relief under B
