Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and Shri Neeraj Singh, learned counsel for the informant. 2. Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 23.04.2022, registered as Case Crime No.0734 of 2022, under Sections 135 of the Electricity Act 2003, Police Station-Anti Power Theft, District-Bareilly, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 05.03.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the remedy as available in law. 4. Prayer made is allowed. 5. The writ petition is dismissed
