The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 09.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0338 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. As per the FIR, on 01.04.2025 at approximately 1:00 P.M., the petitioner - informant's sister-in-law (Jethani) allegedly arrived at house No. S.I. 12A, Shastri Nagar with one Raja Chaudhary and other associates.
