The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 of Constitution of India assailing the legality and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 27.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0055 of 2025, under Section 333, 115(2), 74, 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Ganga Nagar, District Meerut. Further request is made to issue a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently contended that the incident took place on 16.03.2025 and they have approached to the concerned police station on the very same day but the same was lodged on 20.3.2025 as Case Crime No. 0045 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 333 115(2), 351(3) BNS, P.S.
