Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 23.1.2025 registered as Case Crime No.70 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Kasganj, District Kasganj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioners. The petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple. The High School certificates of both the petitioners are also brought on record. As such it is contended that no offence under the aforesaid Sections is made out against the petitioners. The ent
