The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0046 of 2025 under Section 137 (2), 87 BNS, P.S. Sigramau, Distt. Jaunpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. The age of the girl is reported as 4.1.2007 and she is major, she out of her own free will she join the company of petitioner.
