The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 11.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0120 of 2025 under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehgarh.
