The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 04.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 086 of 2025 under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station S,M, South, District Shahjahanpur. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
