The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 1218 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2) 115 (2), 351 (3), 352, 331 (5) of B.N.S.- 2023, P.S. - Gulriha, District Gorakhpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3.
