The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 24.08.2024 registered as Case Crime No.312 of 2024 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station Mugra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3.
