The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 09.04.2025 being Case Crime No.72 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Fatehpur, Distt. Saharanpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently two writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned FIR and as such he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
