The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 20.03.2025 being Case Crime No.101 of 2025 under Section 115 (2), 352, 333, 118 (1), 110, 76, 3 (5) BNS and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S. Pawai, Distt. Azamgarh. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet against the petitioners has already been forwarded to the competent court on 22.04.2025. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available in law. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
