The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 15.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0213 of 2025, under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.S.), at Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor.
