The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.280 of 2024 under Sections 191(2), 109(1), 115(2), 352, 333 BNS 2023 at Police Station Bariyarpur, District Deoria. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned AGA opposed the prayer for quashing of the FIR, which discloses cognizable offence. He submits that against co-accused Kalawati Devi, Shyam and Krishna (juvenile) chargesheet has been submitted and qua petitioners investigation is going-on. 4.
