The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 31.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0128 of 2025 under Section 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Gola, District Gorakhpur. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
