The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the impugned notice dated 28.03.2025 to petitioner for investigation/Technical Eamination of the Truck No.U.P.-78-JT-1746 alongwith driver pursuant to the FIR dated 28.03.2025 having Case Crime No.0129 of 2025 under Section 281, 106(1) BNS 2023, Police Station Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. We have the occasion to peruse the record.
