This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No.2, who shall conduct the fair investigation under his supervision from other agency or other Investigating Officer. II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent No. 2, take appropriate legal action against the respondent No. 4 to 7 in Case Crime No. 406 of 2024 under section 108, 351(3)B.N.S Police Station-Jaithra, District-Etah." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
