Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0238 of 2025, under Sections 87, 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023, P.S. - Kotwali Kannauj, District- Kannauj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioners. The petitioner Nos.1 & 2 are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple. The High School certificates as well as joint affidavit of both the petitioners are also brought on record. As such it is contended that no offence under the afores
