Heard Sri Jaswant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 09.11.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0743 of 2025 under Sections 420, 406 IPC, Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that the charge sheet is already submitted before the competent court on 10.05.2025. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to press the appropriate relief under B.N.S.
