This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 11.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0100 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Kotwali, District-Jaunpur and not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the said FIR. 3. Learned AGA, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court on 25.04.2025. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, she may avail the remedy as available in law. Orde
