The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 208 of 2025, under Section 137(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Dibai, District Bulandshahr and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. As per the contents of the FIR, the informant's minor daughter, aged 17 years and 11 months, went missing on 24.03.2025 at 05:00 hours.
