The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 21.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0054/2025 under Sections 137(2) and 87 of B.N.S. at Police Station Pailani, District Banda and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3.
