Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondents, Shri Prem Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 26.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No.102 of 2025, under Section 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, at Police Station Ghoorpur, District Yamuna Nagar ( Commissionerate Prayagraj) and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for informant, in one chorus, states that as there was matrimonial dispute, the parties have settled t
