The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 12.5.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0283 of 2025, under Section 70(2), 308(5), 126(2), 351(3), 303(2) BNS 2023 and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that the writ petition has rendered as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
