Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 12.4.2025 registered as Case Crime no.0249/2025, under sections 112, 318 (4) BNS and section 3, 4 of Gambling Act, Section 3, 25, 30 of Arms Act, at Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that during investigation Sections 338, 366(3) and 342 B.N.S.-2023 are also added against the petitioners and the investigation is in progress. 4.
