In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0239 of 2024 under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 115 (2), 352, 76, 109, 125, 131 BNS and 3 (1) (Da), 3 (1) (Dha), 3 (2) (v) SC/ ST Act, P.S. Rabupura, Distt. Greater Noida (Commissionerate Gautam Buddha Nagar). 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons.
