Bahsuma, Distt. Meerut, but when the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar (2014) 8 SCC 273 and Md. Asfak Alam v. State of Jharkhand (2023) 7 SCC 69, as well as the recent directives in Criminal Appeal No(s). 2207 of 2023 arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.)
