This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Superintendent of Police, District Mau) to supervise the investigation of Case Crime No. 109 of 2025 U/S 281, 125(A), 125(B), 106 B.N.S., P.S. - Ghonsi, District- Mau and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period." 3. The instant writ petition is preferred by the accused in the instant case crime. Prima facie we are of the considered that the writ petition is not maintainable by the accused. Moreso, learned AGA-I apprised that in the instant case, charge-sheet has also been forwarded to the competent court on 5.4.2025. 4.
