Present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 02.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 91 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Hayat Nagar, Distt. Sambhal and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. It is submitted that both the petitioners are major and living in relationship out of their own free will and as such no offence under the aforesaid Section is made out. 4. Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the writ petition. He submits that as per the High School certificate the petitioner no.1 is minor and as such no interference is required in the instant matter. 5. Let the Investigating Office
