The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.114 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS 2023, P.S. Jahanaganj, District-Azamgarh and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the victim (first petitioner), who is major girl aged about 18 years (as alleged in the FIR), is living happily with the second petitioner on her own freeewill.
