Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.256 of 2025 under Section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 109 BNS, P.S. Khurja Nagar, Distt. Bulandshahr and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
