Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 14.03.2025 registered as Crime No.0062 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 125, 103, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyan Sanhita, 2023, P.S.-Barbaj, District- Deoria. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law.
