The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 09.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0077 of 2025 under Sections 106(1), 125(b), 281 of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023, Police Station Thariyaon, District Fatehpur and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Shri Paritosh Malviya, learned A.G.A.-I, states that the petitioner has no locus standi to question the validity of the impugned First Information Report as he is neither named nor wanted by the police in the said F.I.R.
