Heard Shri Harsh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondent (Superintendent of Police, Chandauli) to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2024 for closer of his alleged History Sheet No. 47-A and surveillance of the petitioner by the Police Station Chakiya, district Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid application was filed as far back as 11.07.2024, and despite the lapse of a considerable amount of time, it has not yet been processed. This situation has compelled the petitioner to invoke the writ jurisdiction of this Court. He has placed reliance upon the judgment dated 28.07.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.
