To, issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities conduct fair and impartial investigation of Case Crime No. 245 of 2024 u/s 70 and 351 of B.N.S., Police Station Awagarh, District Etah. ii. To, issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the investigating officer concern to arrest the named accused persons of Case Crime No. 245 of 2024 u/s 70 and 351 of B.N.S., Police Station Awagarh, District Etah which is necessary for fair investigation of the case." 3.
